I guess at the end I believe that development is all about balance. And for that reason
All sessions have been designed to challenge balance and proprioception.

At the end of the day we want to see the kids working smartly and with great effort. We want them to have fun and learn the life lessons that go along with the game.

Speed training is part of Strength training and we are begging you to stop the jogging. Joggers will struggle with first 2 stride power
Incorporate stretching, Massage therapy, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Athletic Therapy into the mix. Make gains in this area and you will certainly have a better chance for that elusive long stride.
